Week 1 — Regulate First We start with your nervous system because everything else builds from here. Less stress, more capacity to show up.
Week 2 — Feel It, Don’t Feed It Learn to recognize emotional triggers before they lead you to the kitchen. Regulation over reaction.
Week 3 — Just Move Daily movement as a bare minimum practice. No pressure, no perfection. A walk counts. A stretch counts. Just move.
Week 4 — Steward Your Body Well Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish — it’s faithful. This week we reframe self-care as good stewardship of what our Heavenly Father has given you.
Week 5 — Fuel with Intention Whole foods, hydration, and eating in a way that actually supports the life you’re building.
Week 6 — She Shows Up Integration week. You pull it all together, reflect on how far you’ve come, and celebrate the woman who decided to stop waiting.
In six weeks you will:
- Know what your daily wellness habits actually look like — not in theory, but in real life
- Have proof that you can show up for yourself consistently
- Feel stronger, more regulated, and more like yourself again
