Spring is fully here and I hope you are taking a moment to actually feel it. Open a window, step outside, breathe it in. Sometimes the simplest reset is just remembering that the world outside is changing and you get to change with it.

5 Tips to Start Moving This Week

You do not need a plan. You do not need a gym. You just need to start. Here are five simple ways to add more movement into your week right now:

  1. Take a 10 minute walk after at least one meal each day. This one thing supports digestion, blood sugar, and your mood.
  2. Set a timer every hour to stand up and move for 2 minutes. Stretch, walk to the kitchen, do a few squats. It adds up.
  3. Put on a song you love and just dance. Seriously. It counts.
  4. Swap one elevator or escalator for the stairs this week. Small choices build big habits.
  5. Before you get out of bed in the morning, do 5 deep breaths and 10 gentle stretches. Start the day in your body, not in your phone.

None of these require a gym membership or a free hour. They just require a decision.
