Fall Virtual Personal Training Update

Lately, I’ve been getting quite a few messages asking if I still offer personal training — and the answer is yes!

Even though my main focus has expanded into holistic wellness and lifestyle rhythms, movement will always be at the heart of what I share. There’s something powerful about reconnecting with your body — especially as the seasons change and we shift into new routines.

This fall, I’m opening 2 virtual live personal training spots for women who want to:
✨ Feel supported and guided as they reach their fitness goals
✨ Follow a personalized plan that fits their lifestyle
✨ Stay consistent with real-time accountability during each session

All sessions are live and can take place through FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Meet — whichever is most convenient for you.

No equipment is required to start, though it’s helpful to have a yoga mat, dumbbells, or resistance bands if you’d like to add variety. Sessions are flexible and can be done from home, your office, or even your gym if you’re using wireless headphones.

It’s all about helping you move in a way that feels good, sustainable, and aligned with your season of life.
