If You Have Been Following Me For a While, Here’s What Changed

A lot has changed since my fitness instructor days.

If you’ve been following me over the years, you may have noticed how my work has evolved — from personal training and pole fitness to wellness and lifestyle coaching focused on helping women create calmer, healthier, more intentional lives.

Over time, I realized true wellness is about so much more than workouts and productivity. It’s also about stress levels, mindset, routines, boundaries, rest, and how your everyday life actually feels.

What I Do Now

Today, I help women reduce stress, create healthier habits, and build supportive daily routines so they can feel more grounded, balanced, and aligned in their everyday lives.
